The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making across construction projects by analysing operational, financial, and project data. The role provides insights that improve cost control, project delivery, resource utilisation, and risk management, working closely with commercial, finance, and project teams to translate data into actionable intelligence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">REPORTING TO: IT Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">LOCATION: Based in Newry, Co. Down</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CONTRACT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">HOURS: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week with early finish on Fridays</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Collection &amp; Integration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain master data in the business core systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extract and use data from core systems as required by the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integrate data from third party systems, such as HRIS and Time Management Systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all methods used to extract data are always maintained and remain operational</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Management</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain data pipelines using SQL, APIs, and ETL processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain data extracted and stored within SQL Server.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that integrate with the core ERP, third party systems, and the in-house SQL Server.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain synchronicity and preparation of data used in reporting tools.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist management, finance, commercial, and project teams with data insights to support decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify risks to data integrity and perform corrective measures as agreed with the IT Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Quality &amp; Governance</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure consistency of master data across all business applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the product database is maintained and managed accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure supplier price files are maintained and managed accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement validation and audit checks to support ongoing data quality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with management, commercial, finance, procurement, and project teams to understand data requirements and support business objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences across the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Candidate</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent demonstrable experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in a data analyst role, ideally within construction or a related project-based industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling, with experience building and maintaining ETL processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in BI tools including Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of construction industry concepts including project lifecycle, Cost Value Reconciliation, WIP, and procurement is desirable but not essential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with construction ERP systems is desirable.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Skills &amp;
