    "description": "<p><span>Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is</span><span> a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families in Minto, ON. You must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities: supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along. Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity. Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work is a necessity.
