Major Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Customer preconstruction meetings to explain the scope of work and schedule details/timetables for the work to be started and completed</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate delivery of materials</li><li><!--block-->Organized plan of daily accounting for materials at job site are accurate and correct quantities are received daily&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Procuring material needs as needed for job site in the event items must be purchased locally</li><li><!--block-->Conduct Project Start meeting with crews and review all daily safety needs with identifiable hazards or conditions for awareness</li><li><!--block-->Daily reporting to production for job completion percentages, photos, issues</li><li><!--block-->Manage project completion and conduct final walk with customer to close out job</li><li><!--block-->Ensure that customer is satisfied and file appropriate paperwork for close out</li><li><!--block-->Occasional safety coursework may be required</li><li><!--block-->Able to travel 95% of the time to active jobsites, as directed by supervisor</li><li><!--block-->Ensure crews are informed and aware of daily task</li><li><!--block-->Ensure crews are properly dressed/branded in company uniform</li><li><!--block-->Check dumpster levels and call for swaps 24hours before needed</li><li><!--block-->Tools are secured either in job trailer or in a locked box on the roof nightly&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ladders are secured and tied down during the day and taken down and secured nightly</li><li><!--block-->Equipment is in serviceable condition: no oil leaks, fueled, operating as intended, cleaned daily, and secured nightly</li><li><!--block-->Site fencing is secure and stable</li><li><!--block-->Ensure perishable material is protected from environmental factors</li><li><!--block-->Developing site safety plans</li></ul>",
