          "text": "<p>We are seeking Structural Steel Welders to join our amazing team in Winston Salem.&#xa0; In this role, you will be responsible for welding various steel structures according to specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.&#xa0; Duties may include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Perform welding operations using MIG welding processes</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately</li><li>Assist Fitter in aligning parts according to blueprint drawings</li><li>Set up welding equipment and maintain proper safety protocols</li><li>Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>Grinds and repairs pieces when needed</li><li>Measure and cut materials according to specifications</li><li>Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment</li><li>Work overtime as needed</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li></ul><p><strong>We are accepting resumes and applications for first (1st) shift.&#xa0; Current hours are Monday through Friday 5:30am to 4:00pm, with the possibility of five (5) hours on Saturday morning.</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
