      "content": "\n<li>Maintain, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, vision systems, and encoders</li>\n<li>Modify, program, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI software (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Develop, configure, and maintain industrial networks such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and I/O Link</li>\n<li>Program and troubleshoot safety controllers to ensure safe interaction between equipment and personnel</li>\n<li>Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings, implementing modifications as necessary</li>\n<li>Support installation, commissioning, configuration, and ongoing support of process automation systems</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance, optimize operation techniques, and improve efficiency</li>\n<li>Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and identify potential hazards</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal safety protocols</li>\n<li>Interface daily with cross-functional teams, including quality, engineering, production, and technical services</li>\n<li>Document work processes, create manuals, and report progress on projects</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Associate degree or trade school certification in controls, electronics, or a related field</li>\n<li>3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience with both electrical and mechanical systems</li>\n<li>Journeyman’s card or equivalent electrical certification</li>\n<li>PLC/HMI programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or ELAU)</li>\n<li>Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motors (480V)</li>\n<li>Understanding of industrial network protocols and process control systems</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team</li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry safe practices and procedures</li>\n"
