Join us and take your career to new heights!<br><br><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions within the ERP system.</li><li>Monitor customer accounts, manage non-payments and delayed payments, and perform active collection activities.</li><li>Issue invoices to clients and support intercompany transactions.</li><li>Plan and execute payments, manage cash-related activities, and ensure proper accounting registration.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and fees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Support tax calculations and declarations (corporate, labor, VAT, etc.) within required deadlines.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.</li><li>Support the preparation of special financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.</li><li>Collaborate with the Administration and Finance Manager in researching and interpreting accounting and fiscal regulations.</li><li>Prepare documentation for periodic audits.</li><li>Support office management and administrative activities when required.</li></ul><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li><li>Good knowledge of taxation rules and regulations.</li><li>Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.</li><li>Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or within a chartered accountant consultancy firm.</li><li>Accountability, Problem-Solving, Resilience and Passion, Team Play.</li></ul><strong>What do we offer?</strong><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Sounds like a fit?
