They will provide exceptional service to create an extraordinary guest experience. As part of our team, Massage Therapists enjoy:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complimentary and discounted stays at CoralTree Hospitality properties</li>\n <li>Free golf and recreation rentals, including marina access and bikes</li>\n <li>50% off retail purchases</li>\n <li>50% off dining at our resort outlets</li>\n <li>Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental, emotional, and financial wellness</li>\n <li>Complimentary access to the High Desert Museum, Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory</li>\n <li>A genuine, supportive workplace culture focused on wellness and growth</li>\n <li>And so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the appropriate allotted time</li>\n <li>Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule</li>\n <li>Performs chair massages at various resort events</li>\n <li>Provides general resort information for guests</li>\n <li>Attends appropriate resort and departmental meetings</li>\n <li>Provides consistent professional body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices</li>\n <li>Is flexible with schedules, supporting the needs of the spa</li>\n <li>Properly cares for the equipment and uses proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls</li>\n <li>Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas</li>\n <li>Actively promotes home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals</li>\n <li>Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events</li>\n <li>Up sells other resort services and amenities to guests</li>\n <li>Performs prep work and properly cleans and restocks room as required</li>\n <li>Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention</li>\n <li>Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, clinics and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available</li>\n <li>Handles guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously</li>\n <li>Provides accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction</li>\n <li>Possesses the ability to work without direct supervision</li>\n <li>Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment</li>\n <li>Regularly attends, participates in and supports training and staff meetings for the spa</li>\n <li>Assists in all areas of spa operation as requested by management</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>At least two years previous experience giving massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred</li>\n <li>Valid Oregon massage therapy license required</li>\n <li>At least one year customer service experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>JOB REQUIRMENTS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be CPR certified </li>\n <li>Must have a strong passion for assisting guests in attaining their beauty and wellness goals</li>\n <li>Must be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast paced environment </li>\n <li>Must be professional in appearance and demeanor</li>\n <li>Must always ensure a teamwork environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day, with intermittent periods of walking</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift & carry, or pull up to 30 lbs occasionally </li>\n <li>Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, squeezing and repetitive hand & arm movements constantly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SunriverResort</p>",
