We need an engineer who can:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build powerful, scalable frontends and backends</li>\n<li>Own features end-to-end in a startup environment</li>\n<li>Work across cloud, on-prem deployments, and devops</li>\n<li>Mentor developers and strengthen engineering practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will work on</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Frontend Engineering</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build responsive, high-performance applications using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React and Next.js</span></li>\n<li>Implement dashboards used by operators, engineers, and plant managers</li>\n<li>Create internal tooling, configuration UIs, and admin consoles</li>\n<li>Optimize UX for real-time, data-heavy interfaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend &amp; Platform</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop scalable services using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Node.js + Fastify</span></li>\n<li>Design core APIs for data ingestion, workflows, user management, and analytics</li>\n<li>Implement secure authentication, RBAC, audit logs, and workflow logic</li>\n<li>Improve backend performance, caching, and reliability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cloud, On-Prem &amp; DevOps</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy and manage systems on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure</span></li>\n<li>Build production-ready <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">on-prem deployments using Docker containers</span></li>\n<li>Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines</li>\n<li>Implement observability using logs, metrics, and alerts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engineering Ownership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in sprint planning, break down features, and drive execution</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with product teams to translate requirements into solutions</li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who you are (ideal fit)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–8 years of full-stack development experience</li>\n<li>Strong expertise with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js</span></li>\n<li>Experience building production-ready dashboards or real-time apps</li>\n<li>Proficient in building APIs with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fastify (or similar high-performance Node frameworks)</span></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Docker</span> and container-based deployment</li>\n<li>Comfort with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure</span> or similar cloud environments</li>\n<li>Startup mindset — ownership, speed, and autonomy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice-to-have</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial IoT systems</li>\n<li>Experience instrumenting analytics (Mixpanel, GA, etc.)</li>\n<li>Exposure to Flutter or mobile app development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span></p>\n<p>You’ll be joining a team focused on solving meaningful, practical problems with real users.
