Due to the unique challenges of the industry, it is essential that applicants possess the skills necessary for success in performance-based environments that focus on client service, urgency, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus.</p></li>\n <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.</li>\n</ul>",
