font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of HVAC&amp;R systems and building operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with building codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">LEED Accreditation is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
