These roles focus on underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations, <span>in the Hagerstown, Frederick, Winchester, and surrounding areas</span>.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective roles and a strong understanding of underground utility installation, trenching regulations, and pipeline safety.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">TRACK LOADER OPERATOR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operates track loader to excavate trenches, fill ditches or load materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and OSHA procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrate a working knowledge of underground utilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required to complete the job.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">TRACK HOE OPERATOR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excavate trenches for mainline utilities such as water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Backfill trenches, load materials, and manage trench boxes as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate equipment safely in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform regular maintenance on equipment, including greasing and checking fluids, to ensure optimal operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrate a working knowledge of underground utilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Carry out other related duties as required to complete project tasks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCED PIPELAYER </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install new pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains in prepared trenches. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure pipes are aligned properly and positioned on grade and on line. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with backfilling and operate compaction equipment as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Recognize and mitigate job site hazards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the crew.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">LABORER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist in backfilling and running compaction equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Use various hand and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with removal of fine grade stones along curb lines and sidewalks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Take and understand instructions from crew leaders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Minimum of 2 years of experience operating track loaders/track hoes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Previous experience with backhoes and excavators is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be comfortable performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods and sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and movement of the whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to maintain all tools required for safe and effective track loader operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug/alcohol test.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong punctuality and dependability.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
