DiLeonardo values people that are collaborative, optimistic, who take ownership, talk less do more, learn from failure and have a desire to make others successful.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">About the Position</span> CAD Specialist is responsible for the production of project drawing and documentation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in: AutoCAD and Revit</li>\n<li>Experience in Photoshop and InDesign a big plus</li>\n<li>Skill in drafting architectural plans of more than ordinary complexity</li>\n<li>Requires Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or 3 years experience in industry  </li>\n<li>Hospitality, Architecture or Interior Design experience a plus</li>\n<li>Possess strong leadership, organizing and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Strong written, oral and visual communication skills</li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Once you are here you will</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Studio</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible on the production of drawings for specific phases of the projects</li>\n<li>Prepares detailed drawings of the design; any alternations and additions, including plans, sections and elevations</li>\n<li>Prepares detailed layout, assembly and working drawings as per design</li>\n<li>Translates hand sketch drawings and story boards to digital drawings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Leadership</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in the mentoring, training and development of unit members</li>\n<li>Follow company standards and ensure quality of the firm’s level of drawing documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>General</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain working knowledge of industry, apply industry specific drafting codes and standards</li>\n<li>Performs related work as required</li>\n<li>Perform various roles on project teams as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Travels</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Opportunity to travel to worldwide offices</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Interested</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you feel this is a position for you and are excited about great design and our diverse team we would love to see your cover letter, resume and portfolio.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Portfolio</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Portfolio should include 2-3 examples of projects you have worked on with your contribution and role clearly defined.</p>",
