The therapeutic services that the master&#39;s social worker position provides will qualify for clinical hours toward most credentials such as LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC and LMFT. Clinical supervision is also provided on a consistent basis. The Master&#39;s Social Worker is responsible for providing individual and group counseling and direct service to children, teens, adults and their families. This position allows for clinical experience working with a diverse population in a bilingual setting. Services include screening and assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention. The Master&#39;s Social Worker is a member of the treatment team and collaborates with other team members. Therapists in our clinics are eligible for a lucrative performance incentive, often ranging from <strong>$5,000 to $20,000 incentives per year</strong> in additional earnings based on individual clinician performance.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Flushing, NY (The Macari Family Wellness Center)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Flexibility:</strong></p><p>The Child Center of NY has locations throughout NYC, as well as remote and hybrid options. As long as you are licensed to deliver services in New York State, there is a therapeutic role here for you. Fee-for-service per-diem employment options are also available for LCSW, LCSW-R, LMSW, and LMHC. Options also available for MSW and MHC that are looking to begin their careers and receive supervision and assistance towards licensure.&nbsp;</p><p>(Newly and upcoming graduates are welcome to apply! Education verification of Master&#39;s Degree in related field must be present at the time of hire.
