The Analyst will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and senior leadership to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment across all deliverables. font-size:16px\">Develop, refine, and deliver high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations that clearly communicate B.HOM&rsquo;s management philosophy, performance expectations, and competitive differentiation.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\">Evaluate student housing markets using industry data sources, demographic trends, supply pipeline research, competitor analysis, and enrollment metrics.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\">Prepare executive-level summaries and recommendations that support decision-making for senior leadership and ownership groups.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\">Partner with the EVP/COO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, portfolio reviews, and proposal strategies.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\">Coordinate with internal departments- including Operations, Sales/Marketing, HR, Accounting, Systems, Operations Support, and IT &ndash; to ensure proposal materials and underwriting inputs reflect accurate, up-to-date information.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\">Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized financial models, templates, and tools used for underwriting and presentations across the company.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;
