You’ll ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and lead role-based security across <strong>Financials, HCM, SCM</strong>, and other modules—while partnering closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production, test, and development.</li>\n <li>Manage quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and system performance.</li>\n <li>Design and maintain secure RBAC models, roles, privileges, and SoD controls.</li>\n <li>Oversee user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident resolution.</li>\n <li>Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation of security risks.</li>\n <li>Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>\n <li><strong>5+ years</strong> administering Oracle Fusion Cloud.</li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles, data security, SoD).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle Fusion certifications.</li>\n <li>Experience with IDM, SSO, or IAM integrations.</li>\n <li>Background supporting Financials and/or HCM.</li>\n <li>Experience in multi-entity or complex environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-MD1</p>",
