This role plays a key part in maintaining platform stability and ensuring changes are delivered accurately and reliably.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You’ll Do:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Thoroughly test in the Commerce environment to ensure accuracy and prevent potential misuse or financial loss due to promo issues. </span></li>\n<li><span>Deploy tested promotions to the production environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Research and troubleshoot issues related to promotions and other site functionalities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain site data including product details, user information and general content updates.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with site testing for bug fixes, enhancements and production issue resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span>Investigate and help resolve production issues, especially those related to promotions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth site operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Align working hours with client time zone to support operational needs as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud Backoffice or similar eCommerce platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough testing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to manage multiple promotions and site updates across different regions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Flexibility to align work hours with Pacific Coast time zone and support occasional production issues that occur after hours.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What We Look For:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prior experience in retail eCommerce operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with promotional strategy and execution across multiple regions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Smith | The Performance Commerce People</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Smith is the performance commerce agency, enabling over 500,000 transactions around the globe each day.
