    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Overview</span><br></p>\n<p><span>This position performs a variety of manual labor in the maintenance of the grounds and the facilities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setups and teardown events including, but not limited to, setting tables, chairs, furniture, stage pieces, livestock pens, horse jumps, fence lines, and crowd control barriers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collects and sorts trash, recyclables, construction, and landscape debris using proper<br>material disposal and recycling procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs manual labor such as digging ditches, demolition, and remodel work.</li>\n<li>Cleans and maintains horse stables and livestock barns using hand tools, wheel barrels, and other equipment.</li>\n<li>Helps with office and room setups by moving furniture and stacking materials or supplies.</li>\n<li>Assists with basic landscaping duties such as mowing, watering, raking, and weed control.</li>\n<li>Practices good physical work methods, utilizes good work habits, and meets established production standards.</li>\n<li>Operates a variety of equipment and tools for cleanup, maintenance, and event tasks.</li>\n<li>Uses standard methods, practices, supplies, tools, and equipment to complete tasks.</li>\n<li>Wears proper personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, googles) and works in a safe work environment at all times.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exerts physical effort in doing assigned duties.</li>\n<li>Follows oral and written instructions.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and ability to work cooperatively with team members and others. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Working Conditions</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work is performed indoors and outdoors.</li>\n<li>Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following basic safety precautions.</li>\n<li>Expose to dust, dirt, fumes, chemicals, and unpleasant odors.</li>\n<li>Stands, walks, and/or moves for sustained periods.</li>\n<li>Moves objects at least 75 pounds.</li>\n<li>Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</li>\n</ul>",
