    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Tulsa's Premier Builder, Simmon's Homes, is seeking an experienced Residential CAD Designer to join our team.  This is a great opportunity for an individual with knowledge and experience in residential drafting standards, local and regional building codes, and AutoCAD.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities Include:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Draw plot plan, floor plan, elevations, electrical plans, Stresscon drawings and submit DEQ applications for each customer</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Draw up customer changes during or after design appointment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Apply for permits and send out check requests once permit is complete</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Create braced wall documents for each house</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Create sales flyers, furniture, floor area layouts for each new plan</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Answer questions from sales and superintendents as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Place house plans on lots per sales requests</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Create options for each plan and options based on customer requests</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Create new plans</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">*  Miscellaneous other projects as assigned</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to read and create full sets of residential construction drawings with details, have knowledge of local and regional building codes, understand residential construction techniques, have 5 years of proven work experience; must be detail orientated with strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work in a growing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> We offer a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and other supplemental benefits.</span></p>",
