Handle complex diagnostics independently Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments Mentor and support less experienced technicians What You Bring EPA 608 Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with clean record Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls) Comfort working independently in the field Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Senior-Level Candidates:
5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration, etc.) Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error
