Essential Job Functions Provide direct, high-quality primary medical care to people experiencing homelessness. Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to social justice in all aspects of patient care. Utilize motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care principles when working with patients. Collaborate effectively with other primary care medical providers as well as the multidisciplinary healthcare team (psychiatry, behavioral health, case management, dental, vision) to ensure comprehensive care. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Summary Demonstrated experience caring for patients experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, poverty and/or mental illness. Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Colorado as a physician. Current DEA licensure. Education Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from an accredited school of medicine. Completion of an accredited Residency Program in the physician's specialty. Board Certified or Board Eligible status in the physician's speciality.
