The position will also coordinate and overee Palmerton Telephone construction as needed. Will work closely with other construction supervisors as well as the Engineering department.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Overseeing all aerial and underground construction projects that include splicing of strand, coax, fiber and copper telephone cable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Interacting and coordinating with utility companies, construction companies and various state and local government entities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Inventory and ordering of construction material and tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Safety, dielectric testing and documentation of all trucks and equipment during energized utility work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Participating in the construction on-call schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Highway safety procedures including flagging and work zone setup</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Q/C contractors and invoicing for accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Q/C checks of completed projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Providing information and training to construction personnel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Following all company protocols in accordance with union contract</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">H.S.
