    "description": "<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">About the Opportunity</span></span></p>\n<p>At Firmo Construction, we’ve been building hotels since 2003. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up branded hotel projects across the Southeast.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This hands-on role within a General Contractor environment is responsible for managing projects from buyout through closeout, with ownership of schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, quality, and client satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has direct experience delivering hospitality projects for major brands including Hilton, Marriott International, IHG Hotels &amp; Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work closely with Superintendents, Owners, Design Teams, Trade Partners, and Executive Leadership to successfully deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and long-term growth opportunity.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time, in-office position with travel to jobsites as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties (not limited to):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead ground-up hospitality projects from buyout through closeout</li>\n<li>Manage project schedules, critical path, milestones, and subcontractor coordination</li>\n<li>Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, buyouts, and change management</li>\n<li>Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation within Procore</li>\n<li>Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong communication with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Trade Partners</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project team to align field and office operations, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum</li>\n<li>Support Firmo’s safety culture and reinforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards</li>\n<li>Monitor quality control, brand compliance, and hospitality operational standards throughout construction, finishes, punch, and inspections</li>\n<li>Identify project risks early and proactively drive solutions to maintain schedule and budget</li>\n<li>Support billing coordination, pay applications, and overall project cash flow management</li>\n<li>Manage project turnover activities including punch lists, FF&amp;E coordination, owner training, O&amp;M manuals, brand inspections, and final closeout documentation</li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, accountability, and successful project execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor</li>\n<li>Ground-up GC hotel / hospitality construction experience required<br></li>\n<li>Experience with branded hotel projects including Hilton, Marriott International, IHG Hotels &amp; Resorts, and Hyatt </li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Procore and construction management software</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 required (may be completed after hire)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA30 Certification (may be completed/renewed after hire)</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate active construction sites and lift up to 25 pounds</li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible hours as project needs require</li>\n<li>Professional references and background check required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Benefits </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary Based on Experience + Bonus Structure</li>\n<li>PTO + Paid Holidays (including Vacation, Sick, Birthday, Wellness)</li>\n<li>Health Insurance Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)</li>\n<li>Vehicle Allowance</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n<li>Parental Leave</li>\n<li>Tuition Reimbursement Program<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">About Firmo Construction</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Founded in 2003, Firmo Construction is a design-build commercial construction management firm and general contractor specializing in hospitality projects across the Southeast.
