The Addiction Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals affected by substance use disorders (SUD), offering a range of treatment modalities including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and integrated care coordination. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative approach with other healthcare providers to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.&nbsp;</p><p>GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</p><p>A medical degree (MD) or osteopathic medical degree (DO) from an accredited institution, along with a board certification within the respective medical specialty; this includes but is not limited to IM, FM, Psychiatry, Neurology&nbsp;</p><p>American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM), subspecialty board certification in addiction psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), board certification in addiction medicine from the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), or a Certificate of Added Qualification in Addiction Medicine conferred by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)&nbsp;</p><p>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun
