This role requires a proactive approach, a strong understanding of SQL and JSON, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assist with basic configuration tasks within Salesforce, such as creating fields, page layouts, and workflows under the guidance of the Salesforce Administrator&nbsp;</li><li>Help maintain user profiles, permission sets, and security settings&nbsp;</li><li>Investigate potential production issues, leveraging technical knowledge and research skills to provide timely and accurate solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Support data integrity efforts by performing data entry, data cleansing, and data migration tasks as directed&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in maintaining data quality standards and ensuring compliance with data governance policies&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the client services and development teams to share insights, improve service delivery, and implement client feedback into future tech releases&nbsp;</li><li>Document processes, procedures, and configurations within Salesforce&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing training materials and conducting basic training sessions for users&nbsp;</li></ul>",
