Builds software using the appropriate toolsets, following the software life cycle and the development procedures and using the best design patterns. Inputs into technical design solutions from functional requirement documents; Develops software to system specifications and guides team members to deliver quality product; Test programs and unit modules to system specification; Delivery of quality software to agreed timescales; Takes full ownership and supports change from Development to Live; Mentors senior team members; Supports and maintains systems in use (third line support). Knowledge in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core is vital for developing modern web applications&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>C# is the primary language used in Microsoft web development. A lead developer should be proficient in C#, with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of Unit Testing and mocking frameworks is must for the role&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Database management and integration are critical components of web development. Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and understanding of database design and optimization, is essential.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of Microservices is required to work on internal framewrok&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>A lead developer should be familiar with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Storage to build scalable and reliable web applications.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Visual Studio is the primary integrated development environment (IDE) for Microsoft web development. Proficiency in using Visual Studio, including debugging, code refactoring, and utilizing extensions, is necessary for efficient development</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of any Identity Access Management (IAM) tool is must, the person should have conceptual and working experience with any one of Azure AD B2C or OKTA tools</li>\n   <li>A lead developer must be proficient in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.</li>\n   <li>Building and consuming RESTful services is a key part of modern web applications.
