This role supports the service department, body shop, and retail customers by providing accurate parts information, timely fulfillment, and exceptional customer service while maintaining inventory accuracy and dealership profitability.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time; may include evenings or Saturdays based on dealership needs.</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Competitive hourly wage and/or commission structure based on experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers at the parts counter and by phone.</li><li>Identify correct parts using Ford EPC/catalogs, VIN decoding, and service documentation.</li><li>Quote prices, process sales, and generate invoices using the dealership management system (DMS).</li><li>Pull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians in a timely manner to support efficient repair flow.</li><li>Order parts from Ford and approved vendors; track backorders and follow up proactively.</li><li>Receive, stock, and label incoming parts; verify accuracy against packing slips.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized parts, storage and counter areas.</li><li>Handle returns, cores, warranties, and credits according to Ford and dealership policies.</li><li>Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.</li><li>Promote related parts and accessories when appropriate.</li><li>Comply with all dealership, Ford Motor Company, and safety policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>1+ year of automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus).&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read repair orders and interpret technical information.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer skills: experience with DMS and Ford parts systems preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver’s license.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer-focused with professional communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
