Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Real Estate Intern to support our team across active construction projects and real estate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, site operations, property analysis, and the overall real estate development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with contractors and vendors Support project managers with tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables Conduct site visits and help monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards Assist in reviewing blueprints, plans, and construction documents Support real estate activities such as market research, property analysis, and due diligence Help prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and operations Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong interest in construction, real estate development, or property management Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus Ability to work both independently and in a team environment BENEFITS Medical Dental Vision Employer Paid Basic Employee Life and AD&D Insurance Employer Paid Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Short-Term Disability Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance EEO At Construction Resources, our people are the driving force behind everything we do.
