font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Efficiently prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards, while accommodating guest requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting Café and dining room environment that creates a positive visual first impression for all guests, including wiping tables, clearing dishes, restocking supplies, and emptying waste.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately, offering menu suggestions when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ensure all food preparation and dining service areas are clean, safe, organized, and well-stocked.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to meet quality, sanitation, and safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Perform Café opening and closing procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Support memorable, engaging experiences for groups, such as field trips, birthday parties, community organizations, and events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist with Catering food preparation, service setup, event execution, and clean-up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Shows a passion for and commitment to our mission, vision, and values.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Previous customer service, food and beverage, or hospitality experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to create welcoming guest hospitality and provide positive customer service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to follow and enforce established systems, processes, and procedures with consistency and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Team player with ability to collaborate and cooperate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Great attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Strong organization and ability to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Self-motivated and able to work independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Familiarity with basic computer office software and/or point of sale systems.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">This role is an active, hands-on service role, which requires standing for extended periods, engaging with guests throughout the kitchen and dining areas, and performing tasks that involve lifting, bending, and safe handling of materials, to ensure a positive dining experience for our visitors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">This role must be completed onsite and some flexible scheduling options may be available.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Scheduled shifts include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Part-time commitment requires a minimum of 8-10 hours per week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">This role reports to our Cafe Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;
