Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives. </li>\n <li>Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership. </li>\n <li>Leads process improvement projects.</li>\n <li> Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic. </li>\n <li>Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee. </li>\n <li>Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports To:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Director/Pharmacy or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pharmacy Technician I </li>\n <li>Pharmacy Technician II </li>\n <li>Pharmacy Technician III </li>\n <li>Pharmacy Technician IV </li>\n <li>Pharmacist </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire. </li>\n <li>Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Certification/License/Registry:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate awarded by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
