      "content": "\n<li>Provide daily pre-departure support: load trucks, verify manifests and routes, conduct quality checks, and lead weekly safety meetings</li>\n<li>Monitor driver routing and productivity, ensuring adherence to assigned routes and service standards</li>\n<li>Maintain strong communication between plant operations, sales, and field service teams</li>\n<li>Conduct daily route debriefs to resolve issues and improve customer service</li>\n<li>Manage driver performance, conduct evaluations, and support professional development</li>\n<li>Coordinate vehicle servicing and resolve equipment issues to maintain fleet performance</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Daniels’ safety standards</li>\n<li>Oversee quality checks on all products loaded/unloaded from trucks</li>\n<li>Control operational costs by managing headcount, overtime, and route efficiency</li>\n<li>Step in as a driver when needed to maintain service continuity</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>3-5 years in a transportation management or supervisory role</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safety compliance</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours as needed</li>\n<li>Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain)</li>\n<li>Proven experience improving processes and reducing operational costs</li>\n<li>Ability to safely load, block, and secure cargo</li>\n<li>24+ months of commercial driving experience&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Class A License&nbsp;</li>\n"
