Responsibilities of a KIPP Nashville Support Teacher include, but are not limited to: Flexibly Support Student Learning - primarily as an in-building Substitute Teacher Engage flexibly and adaptively to the needs of students across the school per the discretion of the Principal This engagement could include, but is not limited to covering a classroom when a teacher is out, pulling small groups for intervention, moving into classroom positions should a staff member transition during the school year, classroom observations, and supporting school-wide procedures such as lunch, arrival, and dismissal.
