          "text": "<p><strong>Currently Hiring Part-time&#xa0; &#xa0; &#xa0;10:30am - 6:30pm (Sunday)</strong></p><p><strong>Salary Range: $17 - $18</strong></p><p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>The Hospitality Butler attends to the needs of residents living in our Serenade Neighborhoods in Assisted Living and Memory Care at a luxury senior living community in South Jersey.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and creating meaningful daily experiences for older adults.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee meal ordering and execute room delivery service for Serenade residents.</p></li><li><p>Serve breakfast and lunch while maintaining a high-level dining experience for residents.</p></li><li><p>Clean and reset the dining room after breakfast and lunch (Memory Care only).</p></li><li><p>Deliver residents’ mail, packages, and messages promptly.</p></li><li><p>Be fully conversant with menus and scheduled activities.</p></li><li><p>Assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointments when needed.</p></li><li><p>Plan, host, and serve Social Hour for residents daily.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with residents’ family members and loved ones as needed.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p></li><li><p>This is a 24/7 healthcare community; dependability and reliability are essential.</p></li><li><p>Must have a positive attitude and a love for working with people.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in customer service or dementia care <strong>is&#xa0;a plus</strong>.</p></li></ul>",
