          "text": "<p><b><span>Hi,</span></b></p><p><b><span>Position:</span></b><span> Product Specialist</span></p><p><b><span>Location:</span></b><span> Redmond WA</span></p><p><b><span>Duration:</span></b><span> Full Time </span></p><p><b><span></span></b></p><p><b><span>Job Description:</span></b></p><p>Responsible for Expert Product Services, Specialized Services and Business Consulting.</p><p>We are looking for a new vendor to assist in tracking, reporting for Treasury-Bank Infrastructure activities related to M&amp;A. Basic corporate legal and tax knowledge is needed as it applies to working with international banks.</p><ul><li>Highly analytical role and need to have prior experience in corporate banking and finance.<span>  </span></li><li>Degree is helpful, but not required. Previous Program Management experience is highly preferred and PM is also useful.</li><li>Previous MSFT experience is helpful but not required.<span>  </span>Ideal candidate may have worked at a Bank in past and then started working in finance, accounting, or PM role at MSFT or similar tech company.<span>  </span></li><li>MS Project or similar PM tolls highly desirable. </li><li>Resource MUST be able to work within a strong environment and communicate effectively with everyone.<span>  </span>Strong written and verbal communications skills are a MUST.<span>  </span></li><li>Bank teller experience is NOT what is needed, but anyone with experience working with local banks working with commercial and business accounts is good.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred skills:</b></p><p><b></b></p><ul><li>Good understanding of corporate banking</li><li>PM related experience</li><li>General banking experience</li><li>Understanding of Bank Guarantees</li><li>Understanding of Merchant accts/payments</li><li>Documentations</li><li>MS Office – intermediate Excel, Word </li><li>Good analytical skills </li></ul><p><b>Candidate Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>MUST have strong excel skills (v-look-up, pivot tables)</li><li>Banking experience is required</li><li>Highly analytical role and need to have prior experience in corporate banking and finance.<span>  </span></li><li>Degree is helpful, but not required.
