Description
Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N) personnel and will be responsible for performing a full range of system testing and quality assurance tasks in support of DCGS-N systems. Duties will also include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with implementing technical solutions to address cyber security challenges presented by architectures, networks, systems, and applications
Developing automation scripts for developing and testing cyber implementation on Windows and Linux servers and workstations
Providing systems analysis and testing support to the sustainment and upgrade of various DCGS-N systems, including responding to technical and programmatic data calls related to the DCGS-N System Initiation and conducting studies examining upgrades and changes to DCGS-N systems
Preparing test plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Performing system engineering duties including hardware and software installation and configuration
Preparing travel schedules according to the customer requirements
Supporting preparation for Operational Security Assessment (OSA), Site Assist Visit (SAV), Cyber Security Inspection (CSI), Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA)
Conducting cybersecurity patching, gathering artifacts for Authority To Operate (ATOs), Authority To Field (ATF), and Authority To Use and Continuous Authorization to Operate (ATU/C), manage Ports Protocols Services Management (PPSM)
Performing software installation and testing in support of Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) acceptance testing
Participating in staff meetings, AGILE team meetings, and technical exchange meetings including meetings to verify system configuration with program architect leadership

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, cybersecurity engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or other engineering degree or equivalent experience
Four years of technical experience in support of design, testing, deployment, and operations of DCGS-N or other C4ISR programs
Experience with full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficient with utilizing DevOps tools for build, deploy, and patch automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, BMC, or similar)
Must have experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans, container scans, and Security Technical implementation Guide (STIGS) implementation
Understanding of U.S. Navy intelligence operations
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Department of the Navy Intelligence disciplines including SIGINT and IMINT
Have an active Top-Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
Have or be able to obtain within 30 days of assignment Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II certification for Cyber Security Work Force assignment
Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+ CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) or be able to obtain within six months
CE/OS certificate may include Windows or Linux
Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly document system procedures and system assessment findings with recommendations
Ability to work in a team environment and follow software engineering practices
Desired Skills
Former U.S. Navy IT, IS, CTT or other service equivalent
10 or more years with experience with research, design, testing, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs which may include database maintenance within an application area
Masters or bachelors degree in quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or information systems)
