    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Master&rsquo;s Degree</strong> from an accredited university in the area of social work or counseling with 2+ years of relevant experience working with children / adolescents with mental health diagnoses.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Driver&rsquo;s License Must be in good standing</strong></p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Strong organizational skills</p><p>Proficient in computer programs and software</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Salaried, exempt - $44,000 to $53,000, depending on relevant experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><u><strong>Job Description: </strong></u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Community Mental Health Therapist </strong>is responsible for providing care and treatment as outlined in the client&rsquo;s treatment plan. Functions as a member of the client&rsquo;s treatment team as outlined in the policy and procedures manual.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recognizes and reports signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Progress notes contain clinically appropriate data submitted in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of client needs based on the age and functioning level of the client.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consistently includes the parent/guardian in client care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures all treatment team members are educated and instructed on individual needs that are pertinent to clients stay.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the client&rsquo;s needs based upon the age and functioning level of the client.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides education to client and parent/guardian regarding special needs of the client according to the client&rsquo;s abilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts clinically appropriate number of group therapy sessions each week for all clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts clinically appropriate number of family support group sessions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Models appropriate and professional behavior (i.e., dress, habits, personality, tact, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relates with clients, parents, peers and the general public in a respectful and professional manner in person and phone interaction.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties that may be assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p><p>The employee will be required to talk, hear and see; be able successfully complete Crisis Prevention training which requires physical components, including bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting, to ensure the safety of clients and staff; stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Medical Benefits, including dental and vision with 401K Benefits, PTO</strong></p></div></div></div>\n",
