This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand and store initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>Customer Experience\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with the values of the SPARKED program</li>\n <li>Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate an environment where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued</li>\n <li>Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events that drive brand engagement and deep connections with the local community</li>\n</ul>Leadership + Team Management\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guides the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives</li>\n <li>Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure we retain a diverse and engaged team</li>\n <li>Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives such as the SPARKED Journal, employee recognition, and team building activities</li>\n</ul>Visual + Business Operations\n<ul>\n <li>Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities or IT issues</li>\n <li>Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes; supports visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns</li>\n <li>Provides feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation to drive sales and brand initiatives</li>\n</ul>Communication + Relationships\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives</li>\n <li>Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives</li>\n <li>Adopts a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and actively sharing store priorities and brand messages with the team</li>\n <li>Provides insights related to the customer and staff experience and communicates feedback to Service and Styling Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Anthro brand fan</li>\n <li>1+ years of retail leadership experience</li>\n <li>Experience being a team player</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
