Location: Grantsville, MD Project Duration: 6–8 Months Pay Rate: $26–$32/hour (based on experience) Per Diem: $100/day, paid 7 days per week for qualified travelers Schedule: 50–60+ Hours per Week Shift Schedules 1st Shift Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Additional hours available on Fridays and Saturdays Paid Lunches Included Job Overview Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Structural Fitters and Fabricators for a long-term shop project in Grantsville, MD. This is a travel position offering consistent overtime, paid lunches, and per diem for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting and fabricating structural steel components, reading blueprints, and performing tack welds using MIG welding process.
