      "content": "<div>\n<p><em>Operational Safety &amp; Risk Management</em></p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Conduct regular walkthroughs, inspections, and operational risk assessments across manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, and production areas.</li>\n<li>Identify and help resolve safety concerns related to fabrication processes, heavy manufacturing equipment, material handling, fall protection, and ergonomic risk factors.</li>\n<li>Partner with operations and leadership teams to implement practical, sustainable corrective actions that support production goals while maintaining compliance and employee safety.</li>\n<li>Support hazard identification, incident prevention, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.</li>\n<li>Assist in the development and implementation of safety standards, procedures, and operational best practices.</li>\n\n<p><em>Field Presence &amp; Operational Partnership</em></p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Maintain a strong operational presence and build trusted working relationships across departments.</li>\n<li>Collaborate directly with production leadership, facilities, engineering, and operations teams to solve problems in real time.</li>\n<li>Exercise sound judgment by escalating issues appropriately while avoiding unnecessary operational disruption.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a “fix first, then document” mindset when appropriate while ensuring accountability and follow-through.</li>\n<li>Provide clear guidance and support to employees and leaders regarding safety expectations and operational responsibilities.</li>\n\n<p><em>Compliance &amp; Technical Support</em></p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Interpret and apply OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, environmental requirements, and internal company policies.</li>\n<li>Support programs related to hazardous materials, chemical management, labeling, storage, inventory controls, and dock operations.</li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company expectations.</li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation and auditing of fall protection, restraint systems, lockout/tagout, PPE, and ergonomics programs.</li>\n\n<p><em>Metrics, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</em></p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Track and maintain key operational safety metrics including: (DART Rate,&nbsp;TRIR,&nbsp;Leading Indicators,&nbsp;Safety Ticket Trends,&nbsp;Corrective Action Closure Rates)</li>\n<li>Analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions to reduce operational risk and improve workplace performance.</li>\n<li>Support transparency, accountability, and operational reporting across the business.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of scalable safety systems and operational readiness processes.</li>\n\n</ul></ul></ul></ul></div>"
