This position requires a knowledgeable and committed professional who is self-directed with a strong sense of responsibility for his/her work. This person has strong engineering skills, organizational skills and the ability to comprehend a total business situation, acting quickly, effectively, and prudently to enhance customer and Fuyao&rsquo;s value.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;1. Analyze OEM drawings and quotations, design and develop process flow charts, engineering requirements, manage APQP files.<br>&nbsp;2. Evaluate customer engineering changes, change tools and documents, manage the engineering changes.<br>&nbsp;3. Plan and define new products, convert to company documents and standards.<br>&nbsp;4. Organize the production team and follow up with the reviews and inspections.<br>&nbsp;5. Develop the tool from design until buy off, including molds/Assemble fixtures/Checking fixtures.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;6. Develop the process, track open issues until being fixed.<br>&nbsp;7. Improve the manufacturing process and monitoring the process flow chart.<br>&nbsp;8. Follow up in OEM plants related to products functionality, improve the parts to meet with customer expectation.<br>&nbsp;9.
