    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> Blending/Batching Technician &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EMPLOYER:</strong> Tessemaes LLC</p><p><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong> Production</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong> Production Supervisor</p><p><strong>HOURLY RATE:</strong>&nbsp;$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for mixing raw materials to safely and reliably produce and package quality food; maintaining general sanitation, computer entry and transactions in our ERP system, WMS, and accurately completing and maintaining documentation.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists Blending Supervisor in the creation of raw materials, mixes and processes raw materials into finished goods.</li><li>Helps ensure hourly production quotas are met with regard to product prepped and batch.</li><li>Ensures every product meets/exceeds product quality standards.</li><li>Safely operates a forklift and other mechanical equipment.</li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work area.</li><li>Performs department sanitation responsibilities daily in a manner which promotes and ensures food safety.</li><li>Identifies, troubleshoots, and responds to process, product, and equipment deviations.</li><li>Processes ERP transactions uses WMS accurately, completes, and maintains process documentation.</li><li>Performs any other work as assigned by Blending Supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>SQF/ Food Safety Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp; Assures compliance with all SQF Procedure requirements.</li><li>&nbsp; Assures compliance with all GMP requirements including personal protective clothing.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp; Assures all products are manufactured in a safe, quality manner.</li><li>&nbsp; Assures compliance with all customer specifications.</li><li>&nbsp; Promotes and enforces compliance with all employees.</li><li>&nbsp; Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Certificates, licenses and registrations required: &nbsp;Ability to obtain Forklift Certification.</li><li>Other skills required:&nbsp;<ol><li>2 years manufacturing experience&nbsp;</li><li>Food industry experience.</li><li>Ability to work independently when necessary.</li><li>Ability to work overtime.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English.</li><li>Ability to use a computer and navigate basic programs (i.e. Word, Excel).</li><li>Excellent communication, both written and verbal.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow documented processes, i.e. SOPs.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and organization skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Team player with ability to contribute to ideas for continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.</li><li>WMS experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in a food processing facility preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and HACCP preferred.</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Attendance/Punctuality</strong> - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.</li><li><strong>Dependability</strong> - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.</li><li><strong>Organizational Support</strong> - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization&#39;s goals and values; Benefits organization through outside activities; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity.</li><li><strong>Teamwork</strong> - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others&#39; views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone&#39;s efforts to succeed.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
