Their focus is not only on the success of the project but also on team growth and team development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a leadership role, where the Senior Superintendent leads a team through all aspects of planning, coordinating and supervising the field operations / execution of a construction project while collaborating with internal / external parties. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, lead and document the execution of the project</li>\n<li>Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the contract documents and Broccolini's standard</li>\n<li>Ensure that nonconforming work is addressed and that the highest level of quality control is maintained</li>\n<li>Create and manage the project schedule</li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of Broccolini's HSE program as well as site specific policies and procedures<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress</li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment..
