The ideal candidate will help build and secure our 2026 technology infrastructure roadmap ensuring our data, systems, and client information remain protected while optimizing workflows and integrations across platforms.</p>\n<br>\n<p>You will play a critical role in designing secure system architecture, implementing automation, enforcing data governance policies, and ensuring compliance best practices in a fully remote environment.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities<br></span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1. Cyber Security &amp; Infrastructure</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Design and implement cybersecurity frameworks to protect firm data, systems, and communications.</li>\n<li><br>Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses.</li>\n<li><br>Establish and enforce data access controls, role-based permissions, and MFA policies.</li>\n<li><br>Monitor and respond to security incidents, threats, and breaches.</li>\n<li><br>Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</li>\n<li><br>Implement endpoint security and secure cloud configuration best practices.</li>\n<li><br>Ensure compliance with legal industry data protection standards and privacy regulations.</li>\n<li><br>Partner with leadership to build a long-term cybersecurity roadmap for 2026 and beyond.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Automation &amp; Systems Integration</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Implement secure integrations between Filevine, Lead Docket, RingCentral, CallRail, Google Workspace, and other tools.</li>\n<li><br>Build automation using APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, <a href=\"http://make.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Make.com</a>, Power Automate, or similar tools.</li>\n<li><br>Ensure all integrations follow cybersecurity and data governance standards.</li>\n<li><br>Automate client follow-ups, case updates, reporting workflows, and internal notifications.</li>\n<li><br>Maintain documentation of automation architecture and security safeguards.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. CRM &amp; Workflow Optimization</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Optimize case management workflows to increase productivity and reduce manual work.</li>\n<li><br>Implement secure data transfer protocols across systems.</li>\n<li><br>Improve intake-to-case lifecycle automation.</li>\n<li><br>Create automation dashboards and monitoring systems to detect anomalies.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4. Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Communication</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Collaborate with operations, intake, litigation, and executive teams.</li>\n<li><br>Translate complex security and automation concepts into clear, non-technical language.</li>\n<li><br>Train staff on phishing prevention, data protection, and secure system usage.</li>\n<li><br>Act as the internal advisor on security risks and automation strategy.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>5+ years of experience in process automation, systems integration, and/or cybersecurity.</li>\n<li><br>Strong experience with APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.</li>\n<li><br>Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, <a href=\"http://make.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Make.com</a>, Power Automate, Airtable).</li>\n<li><br>Experience with custom scripting (Python, JavaScript) for automation and security controls.</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including:</li>\n<li><br>Access control models (RBAC)</li>\n<li><br>MFA and identity management</li>\n<li><br>Encryption standards</li>\n<li><br>Cloud security best practices</li>\n<li><br>Endpoint protection</li>\n<li><br>Network security fundamentals</li>\n<li><br>Experience implementing secure cloud-based environments (Google Workspace preferred).</li>\n<li><br>Ability to conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.</li>\n<li><br>Strong documentation and communication skills.</li>\n<li><br>Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Experience in legal, insurance, healthcare, or compliance-heavy industries.</li>\n<li><br>Familiarity with frameworks such as:</li>\n<li><br>NIST Cybersecurity Framework</li>\n<li><br>ISO 27001</li>\n<li><br>SOC 2 principles</li>\n<li><br>Experience with SIEM tools or security monitoring platforms.</li>\n<li><br>Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, DOMO, etc.).</li>\n<li><br>Experience building IT governance policies.</li>\n<li><br>Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
