Degree in Engineering or closely related field of physical science</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Knowledge of construction material characteristics and applications, manufacturing techniques, supply sources and engineering principles is preferred</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Knowledge of the U. S.
