      "content": "\n<li>Collaborate on work procurement and engage in business development activities to identify&nbsp;new project opportunities.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence,&nbsp;high-quality standards, and timely delivery.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Oversee project financial activities (SOV preparation, invoicing, collections, etc.)Take ownership&nbsp;of project results and work closely with all stakeholders to define project scope, goals,&nbsp;deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Communicate clear expectations to team members and stakeholders, serving as a mediator&nbsp;between them.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proactively resolve issues and address problems throughout project life cycle.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Effectively manage project scope by documenting and obtaining approvals for any changes via&nbsp;change order forms.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work closely with field leadership.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively to foster a high-performance work&nbsp;environment.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe&nbsp;work practices.&nbsp; Lead project safety efforts, promote a safe worksite at all times.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide&nbsp;assistance to the project management team as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new&nbsp;ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Need to be Successful",
      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (architecture, engineering, etc.),&nbsp;and seven to ten years electrical project management experience or relevant experience and/or&nbsp;training; or equivalent combination of education and/or field experience.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles&nbsp;and techniques, as well as accounting practices.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in electrical estimating, including preparing and presenting job change orders,&nbsp;evaluating estimates, and contributing to new estimates.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency with project management tools and software packages. Experience with project&nbsp;management tools and software packages, with a preference for familiarity with Accubid&nbsp;Estimating systems.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience with integrated job cost systems, budgeting, report evaluations,&nbsp;and final costing.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency building critical path schedules for projects and understanding construction&nbsp;sequencing across all disciplines.,&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with design-build delivery models is highly preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to actively engage in the construction process and accurately evaluate final “cost at&nbsp;completion” on a regular basis.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Effective identification and quantification of project impacts, along with sound negotiation skills&nbsp;with customers for change orders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership in managing people and teams.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changing environments and priorities.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Skill in eliciting cooperation from senior management and cross-functional departments.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work environment.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li>\n"
