Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Department of Behavioral Health at Essen has immediate opening for part- time (16 hours a week) TMS Psychiatrist Responsible for providing direct patient care in outpatient as well as Nursing home facilities. Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary team at Essen. All sites have strong participation with Essen Health home care coordination, with potential innovative pilot projects. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible to works with Behavioral Health Team with and offers compassionate, patient centered, evidence-based psychiatric care.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for patients being considered for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and determine clinical eligibility for treatment.</li>\n <li>Educate patients on TMS treatment, including the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and treatment expectations during the initial evaluation process.</li>\n <li>Monitor patient progress and response throughout the course of treatment, collaborating closely with the patient’s primary psychiatric provider to ensure continuity of care.</li>\n <li>Partner with TMS technicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support safe, effective, and patient-centered treatment delivery.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and all applicable regulatory guidelines.</li>\n <li>Participate in required TMS training and certification, with company-sponsored training provided to ensure competency and certification in TMS treatment delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctoral Degree in clinical or counseling Psychiatrist </li>\n <li>Current NYS registration as a Psychiatrist environment </li>\n <li>Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not a requirement</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 16 hours a week</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary may reflect bonuses & incentives</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
