We hire exceptional individuals seeking meaningful opportunities in a purpose-driven environment.</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Provide administrative and staff supervision including individual and group case consultation, coordinate client care among the disciplines, and provide direct client services.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><em>Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</em></p>&bull; Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations. Maintain staff productivity and monitor client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement.<p>&bull; Provide client service coordination/case management including treatment team to assist clients in meeting basic needs and symptom management.</p><p>&bull; Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans in conjunction with the treatment team.</p><p>&bull; Provide direct client care and complete accurate and timely documentation, meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.</p><p>&bull; Performs shift management duties in coordination with other staff as directed by Program Manager.</p><p>&bull; Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits, and transportation as needed.</p><p>&bull; Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.</p><p>&bull; Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.</p><p>&bull; Maintain confidentiality of client&rsquo;s care.</p><p>&bull; Participate in scheduled program meetings.</p><p>&bull; Other relevant duties as assigned.</p><p>&bull; Provides leadership to clinical team consistent with intentional care standards and County and organization regulations in consultation with Program Manager.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>&bull; Master&rsquo;s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.</p><p>&bull; Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.</p><p>&bull; Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.</p><p>&bull; Cultural competency understanding required.</p><p>&bull; Bilingual preferred.</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p><em>These physical demands represent what must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
