Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Manager to support our real estate agents in the Pittsburgh, PA market by helping them grow their businesses using Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading programs and technology.
The Field Marketing Manager serves as the local marketing strategist and trusted advisor for agents, managers, and leadership. Acting as both a consultant and connector, this individual brings the power of the Coldwell Banker brand to life at the local level—translating national resources into impactful, market-specific strategies. From developing and executing local marketing plans to guiding agents one-on-one, this role is focused on driving business growth, strengthening the agent value proposition, and increasing engagement with our brand. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business strategy.
Essential Job Functions
Agent & Manager Support
Act as a trusted marketing advisor, helping agents and managers grow their business through smarter use of tools, platforms, and strategy. Lead group sessions and one-on-one consultations to guide personal marketing strategy. Partner directly with top-producing agents to align marketing strategies with their business goals. Maintain strong in-office presence to support engagement, recruiting, and retention. Confidently represent and deliver the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program, providing guidance, resources, and local expertise in tandem with the luxury team.
Technology & Marketing Translator
Help agents understand and adopt marketing technology, including social media, AI tools, and digital platforms. Turn new tools and capabilities into practical, easy-to-use workflows. Drive awareness and usage of Coldwell Banker Realty’s marketing ecosystem.
Team Development & Management
Recruit, supervise, and coach office-based marketing coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service, expertise, and business growth.
Strategic Market Support
Develop and implement localized marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, including advertising, campaigns, and tactical programs. Track performance and communicate insights to leadership. Support recruiting efforts with customized presentations and strategic positioning.
Leadership Partnership
Collaborate with local senior leadership on recruiting, retention, and business development opportunities. Represent the brand with polish and confidence in meetings, events, and one-on-one interactions, building strong relationships across the market.
Events & Communications
Plan and execute local events and initiatives that build agent engagement and brand visibility. Deliver clear communications and instructions within the market to ensure successful launches of marketing programs and initiatives. Represent the Coldwell Banker brand with professionalism and confidence.
