    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.<br><br><strong>Core Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manager in training to become Location Manager</li>\n <li>Delivery and route management</li>\n <li>Assist in recruiting / retention of contractors</li>\n <li>Engagement and positive culture</li>\n <li>Work directly with the Client and Location Manager</li>\n <li>Adhere and enforce all operational policies</li>\n <li>Warehouse Operations (in certain locations)</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Prior experience in management and/or logistics</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and planning ability</li>\n <li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to prioritize work load and manage time</li>\n <li>Identifies and resolves problems.
