These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $24.04 to $27.04 an hour- (Based on Experience) - paid weekly</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>This position is responsible for the receiving and managing of inbound inventory from internal and external suppliers and to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper materials storage management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inbound trailer unloading.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for timely receiving of materials.</li>\n <li>Validating of BOL, COA and other documentation in accordance with inbounds</li>\n <li>Inspections of received goods for damage or discrepancies for immediate reporting.</li>\n <li>Systematically entering of inbounds accurately in SAP systems PTP/PLE</li>\n <li>Coordinate the delivery of various packages to departmental personnel.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records and files for audit reviews.</li>\n <li>Routing and transportation of inbounds to warehouse racking and overflow storage.</li>\n <li>Effectively and efficiently work with Logistics NTL and Supervisor in resolving receiving or warehouse issues.</li>\n <li>Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic hand tools/mechanical devices for parts recognition.</li>\n <li>Backup for Resin Unloading</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of lift truck/forklift certification program</li>\n <li>One+ year of basic material handling experience to include trailer loading/unloading.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication, proficient in math and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision.</li>\n <li>No step 2 corrective action within the last 6 months</li>\n <li>No more than 5 attendance points</li>\n <li>Must be able to work alternate hours when needed (LTO backup-12 hours)</li>\n <li>Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience Requirements: (Qualifications)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of lift truck/forklift certification program</li>\n <li>Computer skills: Proficient knowledge of PC and MS office software, SAP (LES and PTP Functions) and RF knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Work Environment: (if applicable)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climb 60 Foot Silos</li>\n <li>Carry 50lbs at least 500 Feet</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
