The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject.</div><div><!--block--><br>The Vegetation Technician aids in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the veg lead technician in a large-scale facility. The technician is responsible for plant quality, upkeep, and overall efficiency of cultivation operations, including performing all tasks needed throughout the vegetative cycle of the grow to ensure development and evolution of quality products. This role will report directly to the Vegetation Lead Technician and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, CA.</div>",
